Electric transportation is booming, but buying an e-scooter online can still feel like a gamble. For E-Move, the goal was to build a digital storefront that makes purchasing high-value smart vehicles as smooth and intuitive as riding them.
When customers are buying high-ticket physical items like e-bikes, trust and clarity are non-negotiable. The main hurdle for this project was architecting a massive amount of product data, technical specifications, and service details into a clean, digestible format. In the e-commerce space, a clunky checkout process or a confusing product page instantly kills the conversion rate, meaning the entire user journey had to be flawless.
I engineered a complete, end-to-end shopping experience wrapped in a fresh, eco-inspired UI. By prioritizing clear product categorization and a highly structured user flow, I transformed a complex catalog into an accessible webshop. From the playful, interactive landing sections right down to the frictionless ordering and checkout steps, every digital touchpoint is optimized to drive sales and reduce cart abandonment.
